HP Compaq NX6110 NC6120 NC6220 NX8220 NC8230 issue start problem freeze friert

Please do not ask me that what is the solution because it needs some professional tools and knowledge and experiences,therefore just the notebook technician able to repair it.

REPAIR COST FROM 35Euros.(plus post cost)

I show one of them HP Notebook's issues.
First project:
Notebook freeze on the boot screen (HP Logo).
Second project:
Notebook does not power up.
Third project:
We can see a message on the screen: "please insert smart card"
